We have a MEF (minimum engagement fee) in place, which means all projects start at $2,500 – 5000. Over the years, we’ve discovered this is the minimum figure that allows us to provide all our clients with a consistently high standard of work across multiple services. We can onboard smaller projects if it makes sense from a business perspective; however, this is not a standard practice.

We offer our clients several dynamic billing structures, including fixed project fees, hourly rates, monthly and yearly retainers for research, design, and development services.

Most of the companies we work with already had Series A, Series B rounds and have raised on average $2,5-10m. Our average engagement is usually around $10,000 – $50,000 for 6 to 12 months of work.

Every project starts with an extensive overview document that helps us better understand your company, needs, and goals. We can schedule further discovery calls to define project goals, budget, timeline, team structure, and other details.
